Electric Central Heating, electric oven, hob, washer drier, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, toaster, Bed linen and towels provided, Flatscreen TV, DVD player, enclosed courtyard, off road parking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Within walking distance to amenities. Note: The stairs are quite narrow and a little steep. Note: The front courtyard can be used for access by neighbours on occasion. Please note that dogs are charged at £20 per dog.
